Pros

Work from home with the option to work in the office if so desired. A lot of events with free food, happy hours, and other fun activities outside of work at the company's expense. Opportunities for paid training as approved by the company.

Cons

You have to apply for projects within the company (I was not made aware of this when I was hired). Pay is low.
