Pros

Majority remote work in 2026 is a huge perk. Leadership has a lot of visibility, I feel supported and invested in and I am given projects to grow and challenge my skills. Most of the clients I have been paired with have interesting work and most are receptive and decisive. This is a company I would like to stay with for a while.

Cons

Some clients are very meeting-heavy and work can be feast or famine. Layers of bureaucracy and security can be frustrating in regards to accessing information or files, especially when owners of them are unreachable, which can hinder work progress. IT can be unhelpful. Sometimes managers can expect the worst of you, even if you have a track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
