Flexible work setting (In Place, Hybrid, Remote) Multiple office locations nation wide Leaders usually approachable and able to view issues with concern
Cons
Not much pay mobility for non-leadership positions. I would prefer to be a worker that gets the job done, not a Team Leader. I can do both but worker has slower pay progression Bonuses for workers under Manager level, level 8 on a 12 (entry) to 1 (CEO), no longer receive bonuses and that communication was sent via Email in a generic weekly email.
