Easy work, lowish pay & remote

Pros

The work is pretty easy & only have to work 40 hours a week otherwise you get overtime pay. The work is also completely remote so wlb is great.

Cons

Pay is way lower than pretty much all other software engineer roles at other companies. Non-technical roles are basically paid the same even though SWE should pay significantly more. Many coworkers, despite their high ranking (cl 9 etc.) actually know every little about the stack & talk down on new analysts.
