      Flexible working hours in this particular jobs. Preferential banking rates

      Cons

      Insane workback agreement that you are required to sign. It protects the company not you. If you find this job isn't for you you have to repay the company a large sum of money to leave. Which sucks if it's your first job. Company and management doesn't seem to care about employees. Complicated remuneration model.
