      Pros

      Absa Card has a wonderful culture to work in. Leave days are above average and there are great training opportunities available.

      Cons

      We were never given great bonuses and in some cases salaries are a bit uneven. To get a proper increase you need to leave and then come back.

      Pros

      Free coffee. We get workshop training that will help you in your job. A big team that arranges fun things that makes you feel appreciated. Participation in a lot of community projects.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst management. People who don't actually work gets recognition for someone elses effort. Management belittles their staff infront off other staff members. One day you have to work according to policies and procedures, the next day they question why you rejected an item and want you to deviate from the policies and procedures.
