      - colleagues are friendly and supportive - line manager cares about your well-being and is interested in seeing you grow - challenging work environment - good work-life balance

      Cons

      - getting a fair bonus and yearly increase is difficult - working with other departments can be difficult - last minute requests which indicates a lack of respect and understanding of the role of a copywriter
