Racist company csught up in apartheid SA No transformation Leaders lead by instilling fear No fairness As a person of colour, you will never be promoted A lot of biasses For you to succeed or be taken seroously, you have to be white

Flexible fast payed environment where one learns a lot and compensated accordingly.

Cons

Clean desk policy :) :). You dont own a desk, sit anywhere there is space. I couldnt adjust :)
