      Some great people, trying their hardest to do amazing things.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the senior leadership team are to busy focusing on profit to enable their teams to thrive. Hence the culture is hierarchical and siloed, which in turn kills moral and leads to self-centred rather than collaborative behaviours.
