Massive pay discrepancies across demographics, incredibly top heavy (retirement club for a particular demographic of gender and race), no people management skills in top management, bias and discriminatory choices in leadership promotions, no clear communication when crucial changes are made - lots of water cooler conversation, toxic work environment that starts from the top - huge risk of mental injury, double standards from management
