Remote working culture, driven, goal orientated, no office politics. Good benefits and annual bonuses

Cons

On boarding into Absa, you're assigned a corporate grade by the internal recruiter/talent specialist which is not the most accurate grade based on your years of experience, seniority and qualifications. Not easy to get promoted... Rewarding increases also need to be looked into
