      Pros

      A lot of training available for personal development. Some staff benefits are also available in terms of low interest loans, occasional gift tokens, activities, performance bonus...

      Cons

      Management are quite greedy in my opinion. No clear understanding on how bonus pay are so far fetched for management, while the lower levels receives crumbs.
