      Pros

      Absa pays their Business Analysts well and there is plenty of opportunity within the various business units. If you are a self starter and willing to put your hand up for opportunities that are available then you will be given the chance to prove yourself.

      Cons

      The culture at Absa needs some improvement. There is a culture of disrespect across the group whereby employees can address one another in any manner without senior leadership intervening or reprimanding. At times, it is senior leadership that's rude and disrespectful in meetings.
