Good projects with good clients, can upskill yourself, great starting role

Cons

The pay is the elephant in the room, you will get more money very quickly in almost any other job very quickly once you outgrow the role. Your appraisal increases will be very small even if you had a perfect review with little to no room for negotiation. You should know what you're getting yourself into and you will be fine
