      Pros

      Lots of 1-2-1 support. Helpful management and back office staff.

      Cons

      Seems like some policies and procedures haven't been updated in decades. There's definitely some "start-up" or "small" company mentality behind some decision making and processes where I would expect better.

      Good gateway. To start it's a good company, but not for a medium/long run.

      Cons

      Without good opportunities, immigrants are exploited and convinced to stay on low wages. They have no strategy for professional improvement. They don't care about their clients or their consultants, they only care about their position and the profitability it generates.
