A lot of people are quitting, from consultant level up to manager level, so there is no structure or consistency in the company. Alten offers low wages and replaces open positions with inexperienced or unqualified people when they manage to hire. When there is a dip in the market, they simply fire a lot of people, which has given them a very bad reputation. They struggle to hire locally due to bad offers and poor reputation, and they resort to hiring foreigners from abroad at below-market wages to exploit them. They apply a French working culture, which is very hierarchical.
