      - Good office location and building as long as you get in-house assignments - Friendly colleagues - Compensation for gym card

      Cons

      - Might end up working with random and irrelevant assignments - Management is mostly focused on sails - Tricky and over complicated salary system, beware! - Lack of effective communication from management

      Pros

      I worked for 2 years for Alten in Sophia Antipolis, south-est of France, as business analyst in Amadeus. The location is very good for the climate and for the sea landscape. The workers are young and from different countries. No hard work. High wage.

      Cons

      Old organization. Slow to change project and/or product. Few evolution. People in the area are not so pleasant with strangers. Hard communication with management.

      Nothing more then a temporary solution

      Big company, no big risk of being fired if you are doing your job and you don't care about the mission they are going to assign to you

      Cons

      no big chance of growing, the salary are not that high in comparison with other competitors they justify this with the "more attention to the employ" that at the end is a nothing more than a lot of useless activity organized for creating "the company spirit"
