Pros
* If you can negotiate with you manager => ok salary * In Belgium: reasonable car fleet * Big client portfolio in different sectors * Masterclass for starters.
Cons
* Pure body shopping. As a senior consultant you immediately feel that the offer is not adapted to the need of the client. * Increasing revenue is their top priority, consultants are "billable time machines". * Not a lot of recognition if you perform additional tasks. * They take you away from you current client if this would help them to get a contract with another (bigger) task. This means you leave your current client without delivering. * Management is not afraid to use threats to consultants who don't agree. * Communication non-existant. * You are not a person for them but a product.
