      There are other consultancy companies in the market. They are better.

      Pros

      Possibility of a good project to be contracted off to as this is a consultant company.

      Cons

      The management is unaffected by the employee's concerns. They are unaware of what the employee does once contracted off to a company and only bother to care about the employee when they threaten to leave or the income isn't favorable. Policy changes are random and untimely; often affect the employee which doesn't make any difference to the employer. Pay is also at the lower end compared to other companies. Office politics often sours the experience too.

      - Low salary - Non-matching management - Unbelievable turn-over (which is not a good sign)

      Pros

      - The coworkers are young, friendly and eager to learn.

      Cons

      - They only care about money, not at all about the engineers. - They will try to push you into positions not even remotely suitable for you. - Most of the business managers are young, poor English speakers not really knowledgeable about the technologies involved in the projects. - The salary is low, compared to the region average, and there are a lot of deductions which are not well explained to you during the contract presentation. - They offer contracts very easily to a lot of people, and then they have trouble finding a project for them within the trial period (3 months).
