Business Outlook
Pros
Flexibility, little to no pressure, relatively good salary for a new graduate (highest pay I've seen for an internship in Milan). It sure is a soft way to start your first job.
Cons
Unless you're VERY lucky, you won't learn anything. Almost every single developer has little programming knowledge, and the complexity of what you'll be doing obviously reflects that. You'll never be paid more than 28k because, honestly, what you'll be doing isn't worth more than that. That is, if you work at all: many people are left abandoned on their desks FOR MONTHS without a project to work on.
