Insightful display of how not to deal with people

Cons

Micromanagement, lack of experienced colleagues since the good ones leave very quickly, directive, the bad kind of stereotypical French import business model, bodyshopping, quantity over quality. Numbers over people!

Pros

Restaurant tickets Not really a lot. They promise you more advantages they actually offer.

Cons

They hire you without having any mission for you. Then you spend weeks talking to different business managers, trying to find a mission for yourself (what your manager is doing is unknown). They say they help you to find a home in Toulouse, and that they will pay for this service (they subcontract it to another company to avoid called Seed & Moove). Actually, Seed & Moove will do formalities in your name for APL and they will receive the money the French government sends you to help you pay your rent (they were surprised I discovered this). And if Alten has problems, they do fire people in the trial period (they give an impossible mission in a very short period of time and then they say you did not achieve "their standards" of quality).
