working on hybrid model which is good to maintain Work & Personal Life balance.

Cons

Its been 9 months i joined in to ALTEN India. though i had worked with commitment & full satisfaction meeting the expectations & goals set by management. All of the sudden they have put me in heartbreaking state mentioning that my work & commitment towards the deliverable are not satisfied to their expectations and suddenly pushed me into well (asking me to resign immediately without prior notice)
