      Pros

      Great team to work with, excellent work-life balance. Very clear about goals within sourcing organization. Follows the best industry practices in sourcing. Offers flexibility to work from home when needed.

      Cons

      Compensation not up to market standard, decision making is sometimes slower and projects are put on hold unnecessarily. Too much dependent on parent company in France.

      1. All the shop floor workers were very interactive, friendly and highly knowledgeable. 2. Everyone completed their work like clockwork. 3. Timings were convenient.

      Cons

      1. The R&D staff were not too friendly. They avoid interacting with the interns (discounting a select few).
