      There is no pros actually.

      Cons

      Very few projects and works are given by France, Italy branches as they have absolutely no faith whether the Indian management can do it or not. As while travelling to other countries in name of taking knowledge, management team will go and enjoy their vacation over there and after coming back they will say they didn't understand the business. Same issue happened multiple times and then they shout on software engineers/architects etc.
