- Competitive offer, - Company shuttle to go to St Bruno plant, - Very educative job and company

Cons

- No profits share, - Less vacations, - No communication regarding the benefits from company - Ask too much reactivity and 360 vision without recognizion - Buyer doing a lot for the company and managing unit (SC, Quality, etc.) - As a buyer in France for 5y, all I have learned and practices are not applied here (different process and manners)

high cost pressure, weak top management looking only at the result, without any desire to fix it. Sometimes I wondered if they were pretending that there were no problems in order to stay afloat as long as possible
