      Pros

      Healthy human environment. Transparent, empowering and respectful. Technological excellence is pursued as a value. Good place to work for an engineer.

      Cons

      Organizational structure and procedures make it somehow rigid and slow. Much effort spent to overcome sylos approach but still potential for improvement.

      Pros

      Work is challenging and there are several opportunities to grow up. Work envirement is good, international team and many possibilities to work abroad

      Cons

      In my opinion it is a very good place. I don't find any particular downside...basically the salary is not so high since the job position is in Italy but it is a good salary compared to other positions in Italy
