      Management and HR do very little to control and benefit this potentialy great company.

      Pros

      The majority of the people are great kind and intelligent. The products are great. This company can be great with the right management.

      Cons

      The Management did not understand how to operate. Inexperienced uneducated management was hired and corrupted a great company. HR does not do their job right.

      Pros

      Great place to work with alot of roof for advancement if you show interest in developing yourself. Would recommend to anyone looking for an engineering job in Richmond.

      Cons

      As with any job in this industry, there are very busy spring and fall outage seasons. This sometimes makes getting time off difficult, but it is not impossible and it comes with the territory.

      - Strong brand (high level of pride) - Highly technological company - full of smart people - Rich company - large footprints - good money if you know how to maneuver

      Cons

      - constant changes in vision and direction - fragmented business unit - internal fights over piece of the pies - communications are not yet up in par with other giants
