      Good HR policies Allied benefits and facilities better than competitors Decent paymaster Difficult to think about pros of the company that has least interest in employees and more intrest in top line number

      Cons

      No work life balance, Specially if you are in the project management dept. Horrible bosses Top management has ruined the company starting from UMD to GMs

      Best part of this company is you have your freedom to take up decision supported by your Manager. Working culture is smooth and peaceful.

      Since being a project Engineer the scope of work is wide and concentration and time management is more important and challenging.
