Pros

You make good money and benefits.

Cons

Favoritism is used for promotions. No feedback for growth. They think they own you because of what they pay. Cannot use sick time without consequence. Will have you working every store even those not close to home in geographical area. Can get a promotion and then have it taken away during training because different management was hired. No loyalty to employees.

Pros

Great pay. Great entry level position and experience

Cons

Terrible hours, company is way too serious and the culture is extremely uptight. There is a lack of honesty between different levels of management. By this, someone will say one thing to you when they are thinking something different. Many 'tests' throughout training that aren't known by employee.
