Cannot recommend this company as a good place to work, unfortunately.
Pros
I can only place a positivity on engineers. I'm lucky enough to have a good set of engineers I was able to work along.
Cons
I do not post in social media, but I had to do this to avoid anyone falling into the same position I am in now. I have been working here for over 6 years now, and unfortunately, this company has given me worst working experience in 18 years. The communication is at a snail pace or not at all. Here, some of the managers aren't bothered to respond to emails and some setup meetings without any agenda. You have no clue what the meeting is about and when you go into one of them they requests information out of the blue. Another worst thing is that whenever you ask for information, in a meeting, you are most likely to be told to contact somebody else; and if it is "contact HR". Good luck then. The company was purchased (or acquired; do not know the exact commercial term) by Adecco, and work culture accelerated downhill. Made a mess in my pension contribution where my 10% contribution was brought down to 6%. Mentioned it back then and was not sorted to date. Here, you only find a handful of good managers. Bad management, lack of clarity and communication, shambolic HR and security department.
