- as a consultant you maight work to interesting projects for the clients - beyond the salary, they use to provide facilitations like travel refound and food vouchers

Cons

- you can be considered an employee of the client with same responsibilities but far fewer benefits than actual ones - too low salary for an engineer - this company's main business is the placement of their employes in clients' projects - no bonuses - no training courses - vacation days may not match ones granted by client - is it impossible to get a salary raise
