Company phone, Android or iPhone, and unlimited commission in addition to base pay.

Cons

If a manager did not specifically assign a role to you, then you worked system generated roles that were less desirable. These were difficult clients that wanted the best candidates, but offered less competitive pay. This would translate to you not meeting your numbers and less money in your pocket.

Good place to jump start a career. Depending on your manager and team members you might have the chance to enjoy your work environment. The pay is alright and some good benefits.

Cons

Unfortunately, no ones seems to pay attention to the well-being of employees. If you're in a bad mission but keeps bring the money, thats your grave. Also there's little to no career perspective
