      Good salary, and that’s the only pro I see.

      Cons

      Poor medical insurance that you can’t use. No job security. Top management doesn’t tell the truth. Toxic atmosphere from the Vp. High employee turnover. Continuous layoffs and hiring. Termination in one day, they keep employees on probation period 6 months and terminate within 6 months. No clear strategy. Demand high margins for high value projects with sales cycle max 3 months.

      Recruiters were responsive and helpful

      Cons

      - No 401K match - Only 6 paid holidays, inconsistent with US Federal holidays off - No sick leave if you live in VA or where it is not mandatory - Only have the option to use United Healthcare - it's not good coverage and is expensive - Bad payroll department - Bad HR department - Bad business "policies"
