You're able to get away from Akkodis and go to another internal brand

Cons

The onboarding team can be extremely toxic depending on your team The leaders will make tiktoks about bullying other people They will not train you, then blame you for not learning They play favorites You're bad at less than market rate The entire team is beat down and exhausted They outsource to employees who can not complete all functions of the role and expect US employees to do their job and what the outsourced team can't do
