- being able to work for ESA (a very exciting industry) - 30% ruling conditions - good human interaction with talent manager on-site - amount of holidays - training budget

Cons

- No career path, no career growth. - Once contract signed, no leverage to renegotiate conditions or position. - No fixed yearly salary increase, sketchy way of rewarding employees. - Sketchy conditions/contract - Lack of transparency on some company policies.
