Akkodis has great middle management. From what I’ve seen, they’re encouraging and genuinely care about their teams. Up-front about the baseline and significant changes coming down the chain. Numerous opportunities to volunteer and network within community of Akkodis employees. Employee appreciation is REAL! Management makes a huge effort to ensure their DR’s are thriving.
Cons
Cross-collaboration throughout Akkodis is harder to manage Because of the industry, there can be higher turnover.
