      Nice people and very structured company.

      Low salaries make it a bit uncompetitive. Do people usually either stay for the security of a big company, it leave for better opportunities.

      Started a year ago, so maybe change will come soon.

      Actuellement, il y a un manque total de gestion. Les gens s'en vont, le directeur a augmenté la pression sur le personnel et n'a rien changé pour le moment. La direction peut faire ce qu'elle veut, même faire des commentaires racistes (tout le monde est au courant), réduire les salaires les plus bas. Les managers sont des personnes qui n'ont jamais travaillé en tant que manager, ingénieur, consultant, dans les ressources humaines. A cause du réseau, ils n'ont aucune idée. Tout s'écroule.
