      Terrible management

      Pros

      Coworkers were amazing, and it is nice to recruit at a large company. You can make a decent amount of money if you're in an office with good client relationships.

      Cons

      Leadership is all over the place. They value happy hours more than training. They also get a bit weird about taking your PTO or sick time. I've seen them deny people time off for emergencies, general PTO, and always make weird comments if you have to be out for an illness.

      Support teams are very hopefull to compensate for the incompetentness of operational managers and business managers.

      No communication Management only cleaning up their own mess and dont care about employees Underpaid to compare perm staaf by up to 20% 10+yrs experience they give you a starter salary at contract with false commitments and promises

      I worked there 2 years and when I asked about FMLA due to my husband being diagnosed with cancer they suddenly started watchingmy work and tracking me more than previously. Example I would be asked by my manager on a regular basis to create excel sheets for her. The company started reviewing my work and found I was doing this, I was told this was not acceptable and they tried to write me. I was told I was producing when I had always been told I was one of the top performers. I worked the entire time my husband was in the hospital and maintaining my same completion numbers.
