      Great company - not for internships though

      Pros

      - great company, very well-structured, a lot of fringe benefits

      Cons

      - From my experience, which was an internship, the responsibilities are quite poorly defined. I had nothing to do for most of the time, and it' the same I've heard from other interns. So make sure you know what you are going to do if you are going for an internship there and actually want to learn something.

      Pros

      ABB is a vast company that provides endless opportunities for career growth for its employees. The company is truly writing the future in the digital space and its awesome to be part of it. The company has a relaxed, welcoming work environment where employees can thrive and maximize their individuality. I am constantly learning new skills that I will be able to leverage in the future.

      Cons

      Being such a big company, sometimes things are a little bit more difficult than they need to be. It's rewarding being able to work with different people in different locations of the country and world, but sometimes it can post a challenge as far as accomplishing business goals.

      Pros

      it's a job with benefits that pays the bills.

      Cons

      It's wonderful that ABB is hanging out racing the giant slot car and ringing the bell on the NYSE. Meanwhile, no raises this year. Like we'll miss the 1.5%, its just the principle of it. People lose money staying here after many years because they know you probably won't go anywhere, so you get raises that don't even keep pace with inflation.
