      Good exposure and visibility to upper management. A place where responsibility goes hand in hand with accountability. Easy and quick access to cross functional and intra department resources. Good team culture

      Cons

      A huge focus on growth and meeting targets. Meeting the targets on monthly basis is the bare minimum expected as a result month and quarter ends are quite crazy.
