      Pros

      - Company is present in 100+ countries, in nearly all industries and engineering areas. If you ever getting bored with your current job, there would be many options to find something new. You would have an easy and friendly corporate tool for this. - very good starting conditions (salary, opportunities to meet people, to travel, to learn, to have trainings). - friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      - promotion is very questionable. if everybody is happy with what you do, you will do it for 100 years, same position, same salary.

      Pros

      Very professional environment. Support from the colleagues and management, very down to earth. Good work-study balance. Average salary, but good benefits. Made some good friends there, however, do not currently communicate.

      Cons

      Lack of team spirit. Most colleagues are family people, who are not really interested in socializing. Some lower management is unconfident to provide straightforward task, that was frustrating. Lack of further career opportunity growth.
