      Pros

      Good communication, management takes the time to explain changes that are coming. They do respect employees and the family.

      Cons

      Certain departments are better than others. Too many processes and procedures are extremely outdated, not current with today's technology. The people are good, but they all resist change. Management has round tables & discusses each individuals short comings, and that is what evaluations are based on. One sided comments.

      Some of the people here are nice

      Cons

      Monkey tasks for everyone here with no chance to improve anything; GBS people cover purely marginal roles with a way unbalanced power balance favoring countries that outsource services here; Murky, confusing managerial strategies. Their attitude rewards passive and no-questioning mindsets. You are never asked to think.
