      Pros

      World leader in a great, secure industry. Lots of opportunity to travel. Competitive pay for the industry. Very interesting projects and leading the way in the sustainability efforts.

      Cons

      Do not expect big or fast changes. Work/Life balance is difficult at times. Requires "global" hours work schedule. Scope and role responsibility creep is very common. Not good at prioritizing strategic initiatives.

      Poor management, behind the times thinking, poor business decisions, age becomes a problem, management more concerned with bottom line then employees, not a good balance between employees-shareholders-company, poor management selection, short term thinkers are promoted, not interested in long term thinking, short sighted
