      Pros

      Real career opportunities if you're on the management track. Good training. Some business units develop some advanced technology which is all good fun for engineers.

      Cons

      Does not care about the employees nearly as much as they did in the past. The management is only worried about pleasing the hedge funds that have invested in ABB stocks and are willing to fire good people to reduce costs.
