Decent Wage and located in a great place to live.

Cons

Really bad management. Good old boy system. Toxic environment and frequent lay offs. No raises. Same work load with fewer people.

some really nice, intelligent, knowledgeable people work there. some pay is higher than other companies in the local area. lots of folks dedicated to the work. business casual dress code. fun employee events throughout the year.

Cons

many dysfunctional and unprofessional people at all levels; nothing is done to correct them. many managers are not trained to manage people, only projects and/or paper. oddest HR department I've ever seen.

There is absolutely no structure for employees sink or swim . Management doesn't have a clue HR doesn't have a clue

Cons

The Mayans treated their slaves better than this company does its employees
