      Boring, political, definitely not a company for high-flyers. "Amateurish" top-management (in finance dept) when I was in the company.

      Solid company, important history, great peers.

      Cons

      Very political. The management group can't match up with nowadays challenges. Strong focus on financial issues rather than on operations.
