Normal Interview question. They asked if I wanted a position as a warehouse worker instead.
They asked alot of basic questions such as tell me about yourself, strengths, weakness. Asked why I was going for a warehouse manager trainee position with a degree in a different field of work.
How would you measure customer experience?
Questions were pretty standard.
How did you hear about the position?
questions about past employment and what you can do for uline. about yourself, date of leaving work.
What are your strengths.
The tests you have to complete were difficult because I do not have a sales background. I answered as honestly as I possibly could. However, I don't feel like I have a sales personality so I may have chosen the wrong answers.
Why did you choose the college you went to school for?
