The interview was thorough and kept me on my toes as I had been in my previous roles for 8 years. They really wanted to test my ability to think strategically and how I executed it prepared me for the interview with the client greatly.
Describe your typical workday
I didn't really have any difficult questions to answer that I can remember.
Didn't ask any real interview questions. Talked a lot about the company and the owners. Both times, asked if I was used to working for someone who is direct, focused and business-minded.
There were at least 8 behavioral based interview questions in the application - I never had an actual verbal conversation with anyone there.
