On-Site interview: The questions were unique to my presentation and was asked to apply that to something at Microsoft. For example, I showed an interest in animation, so I was asked to apply that to MS Excel, or how that could help improve X feature in Excel.

The personality interviews were very standard (tell us about your experience, what are your strengths, tell me about a time you...), but the technical interviews were not standard. The first round was actually crazy it was a scenario that was so far out of left field and not related to UX, I am pretty sure it was something like what would you do if you were tiny and stuck in a blender, etc.
