I was asked questions to do with experience, situational questions and problem solving along with dispute resolution.
I was told in advance I would have 30 minutes to provide a solution to a creative problem, but ultimately was only given 10 minutes. I stressed for the first minute then sketched out an idea. At that point not really caring anymore, which ultimately enable me to relax and go with it. I was told later, I was the one candidate who thought quickly and creatively.
